It was rumoured that one big shot popularly referred to as Danduko, is the one in the life of the pretty actress. Those who were at the birthday bash even claimed that the gig was solely sponsored by Danduko.

But reacting to this, Empress told Life and Beat that Danduko is a friend of Nollywood and also her friend.

”He is very friendly with virtually everybody in Nollywood. He is my friend and I cannot deny that. But as for being my boyfriend, he is not. I don‘t have any boyfriend in my life right now.”

On being the one that sponsored her birthday, Empress said nobody had ever sponsored her birthday.

”I always celebrate my birthday every year. I invite friends to come and have a nice time and celebrate with me. Nobody has ever sponsored my birthday for me. I organise my thing with my hard earned money,” she said.

Empress has been around in the movie industry for a while. With loads of scandals following her, the babe is still soaring. The alleged break up of her romance with singer Timaya, made the headlines last year. But the young Diva appears to have moved on with her life since then.
